The above JOINT STIPULATION REQUESTING CONTINUANCE OF

JANUARY 28, 2015 SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE is approved by the Court. Accordingly, the

January 28, 2015 Settlement Conference is hereby continued and will be held on February 13, 2015

at 11:00 AM. The February 13, 2015 settlement conference shall otherwise proceed under the

terms of the Court’s January 23, 2015 Order (Dkt. No. 34), and the parties shall lodge an updated
