The  Parties  agree  to  Pacer  locking  all  docket  entries  that  are  designated   redacted,  while  the  Parties  determine  which  documents  need  to  be  re-­‐redacted;   2. The  Parties  will  refile,  where  necessary,  appropriately  redacted  documents;     3.
