On August 18, 2014, Defendants VCA Antech, Inc. and VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. filed

14

a Motion to Transfer Venue to the Central District of California. Plaintiff has failed to file an

15

opposition in compliance with Civil Local Rule 7. Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS

16

Plaintiff Tony M. Graham to show cause why this case should not be transferred to the Central

17

District. Plaintiff shall file a declaration by September 18, 2014. If a responsive declaration is

18

filed, the Court shall either issue an order based on the declaration or conduct a hearing on

19

October 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom B, 15th Floor, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San

20

Francisco, California. Notice is hereby provided to Plaintiff that the Court may transfer the case

21

without a hearing if no responsive declaration is filed. Thus, it is imperative that Plaintiff file a

22

written response by the deadline above.
