(“Defendant”) (collectively, the 3 “Parties”) through their counsel of record as follows: 4 WHEREAS, following the Rule 16(b) Case Management Conference, on October 9, 5 2014, this Court set forth the following briefing schedule for Plaintiffs’ intended FLSA collective 6 action and Rule 23 class action certification motions (Dkt. 30): 7 May 29, 2015. Deadline for Plaintiffs to file their motion for Rule 23 class 8 certification and FLSA collective action certification; 9 June 12, 2015. Deadline for Defendant to file its opposition to Rule 23 class 10 certification and FLSA collective action certification; 11 June 19, 2015. Deadline for Plaintiffs to file their reply, if any, to Defendant’s 12 opposition; 13 June 26, 2015. 14 collective action certification. Hearing on Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification and FLSA 15 WHEREAS, at the Rule 16(b) Case Management Conference, this Court advised that the 16 Parties could agree to a different briefing schedule than that set forth by the Court’s October 9, 17 2014 Order. 18 WHEREAS, in order for the Parties to adequately brief the issue of collective action and 19 class action certification, the Parties hereby request an order to extend the time between 20 Plaintiffs’ deadline to file their moving briefs and Defendant’s deadline to file its opposition 21 briefs and between Defendant’s deadline to file its opposition briefs and Plaintiffs’ deadline to 22 file their reply briefs, if any. WHEREAS, the Parties have not previously requested any time modifications regarding 23 24 the scheduling of Plaintiffs’ intended certification motions.
