(“Plaintiff”) filed its First Amended Complaint for 4 Breach of Contract; Fraud; Unfair or Deceptive Business Practices; Violation of the Computer 5 Fraud and Abuse Act; Violation of the California Comprehensive Computer Data Access and 6 Fraud Act; and Violation of the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and 7 Marketing Act on May 29, 2015. 8 9 10 WHEREAS, Plaintiff and Defendants Idoya Limited and Norman Demajo settled this matter on or about March 2016. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff and Defendants 11 Idoya Limited and Norman Demajo through their designated counsel that the above-captioned 12 action should be dismissed with prejudice as to Defendants Idoya Limited and Norman Demajo 13 pursuant to FRCP 41(a)(2). The action is dismissed with prejudice as against Defendant Idoya Limited pursuant to FRCP 41(a)(2). 2. The action is dismissed with prejudice as against Defendant Norman Demajo pursuant to FRCP 41(a)(2). 9 3. Each party shall bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees. 10 4.
