United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 Plaintiff Christopher Langan brought this action pro se against the United States and a 13 number of federal agencies and officials. On October 2, 2014, the Court dismissed Langan’s 14 Complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B) with leave to amend. Dkt. 12. Langan has now 15 determined that he is not capable of representing himself and seeks an extension of time in order 16 to obtain an attorney. See Dkt. 13. The deadline to file an 20 amended complaint is continued to January 8, 2015. The case management conference 21 scheduled for January 9, 2015 is unchanged, and a case management statement must be filed by 22 January 2, 2015.
