By order filed May 23, 2017, the Court granted plaintiff Cathy Carrillo's ("Carrillo")

20

request to dismiss with prejudice her claims against Delaware North Companies, Inc.,

21

Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts, Inc., DNC Parks & Resorts at Yosemite,

22

Inc., DNC Parks & Resorts Reservations, Inc. (collectively, "DNC Defendants") and the

23

United States. At that point, the remaining claims in the above-titled individual action

24

were (1) Carrillo's claims against defendants Bradley Popp and Yosemite Construction,

25

Inc. (collectively, "YCI Defendants"), (2) YCI Defendants' cross-claims against DNC

26

Defendants and the United States, and (3) DNC Defendants' cross-claims against YCI

27

Defendants and the United States. Thereafter, on June 19, 2017, YCI Defendants filed a

28

Notice, in which they stated they had "reached a settlement with the parties to this case"

(see Notice, filed June 19, 2017, at 1:19-20), which the Court understands as a statement

2

that all claims asserted by and against YCI Defendants have been settled. Thus, it would

3

appear that the above-titled individual action can be closed unless DNC Defendants'

4

cross-claim against the United States remains unresolved.

5

Accordingly, no later than August 11, 2017, DNC Defendants are hereby

6

DIRECTED to file a status report, advising the Court as to whether their cross-claim

7

against the United States has been resolved.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
