The clerk shall remove the motion hearing set for October 15, 2014 from the calendar. 2. Plaintiff’s Amended Motion for Default Judgment (Docket No. 37) is WITHDRAWN. The clerk shall remove the motion hearing set for October 15, 2014 from the 10 calendar. 11 3. 12 13 14 15 The Court GRANTS leave for Plaintiff to file an Amended Complaint. Plaintiff shall file its Amended Complaint no later than October 7, 2014. 4. Each party shall bear its own fees and costs associated with Defendants’ Motion to Set Aside Default and Plaintiff’s Amended Motion for Default Judgment. 5. The Case Management Conference set for October 15, 2014 shall remain on 16 calendar.
