plaintiff EDDIE CANEDO, on the one hand, and defendants AVIS BUDGET GROUP, INC.;

AB CAR RENTAL SERVICES, INC.; AVIS BUDGET CAR RENTAL, LLC (“AVIS”) and

TEAMSTERS LOCAL UNION NO. 665, on the other hand, through their respective counsel of

record, that the above-captioned action is dismissed with prejudice in its entirety, with each party
