The parties have filed a stipulation of dismissal dated April 28, 2015, stating that they have

agreed that this action shall be dismissed in its entirety as to all defendants. ECF No. 49. Because

pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
