Yesterday, defendant International Game Technology filed a motion to seal parts of the

complaint filed on July 11, 2014, because reportedly, those parts contain “trade secrets and

19

highly confidential and proprietary business information elated to IGT’s patent award program”

(Dkt. No. 19).

Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-11(b), plaintiff Mark Nicely shall file a response to
defendant’s motion by 4 PM ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2014.
