Plaintiff’s counsel moves for an award of attorneys’ fees on the docket of this case.

However, the caption of the motion lists a different case number for a case in front of

Judge Orrick. In addition, the same erroneous case number is in counsel’s notice to Mr.

19

Martinez regarding his right to object to the motion. Thus, by April 5, 2017, counsel must

20

clarify in which case he seeks an award of fees. Counsel must also correct the notice

21

provided to Mr. Martinez, so that he may lodge any objection in the proper case.
