The Court has already pushed back the deadline for 19 plaintiff’s opposition once, from October 13, 2014, to November 21, 2014 (Dkt. 29). The 20 hearing date for defendant’s motion to dismiss is currently set for January 8, 2014 at 8 A.M. 21 Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE as to why she did not file a timely opposition by 22 NOON ON DECEMBER 1, 2014. If plaintiff wishes to oppose defendant’s motion to dismiss, she 23 shall attach her opposition to the response to this order.
