Gilliam, Jr. ACTION FILED: TRIAL DATE: 9/9/2013 5/16/2016 19 The stipulation of Plaintiff Ann Watson (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Liberty 20 Mutual Fire Insurance Company (“Liberty Mutual”) to extend time to conduct the 21 mediation before Howard Herman to May 26, 2015 is hereby GRANTED. Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, good cause exists for this continuance as 22 23 follows: 24 1. 25 the mediation with Howard Herman, with the session to be held in 120 days. 2. 26 27 Per the stipulation of the parties, on November 18, 2014, the court ordered In order to take plaintiff’s deposition, mediation was set for March 10, 2015. 28 Order Extending Time to Conduct Mediation 1 Case No. 14-cv-03841-HSG 1 3. Due to Plaintiff’s unavailability, her deposition was not taken until 2 February 24, 2015, and in order to allow time for return of the transcript and preparation 3 of mediation statements the mediation was rescheduled to April 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., 4 the next available date all parties and representatives were available. 5 4. Liberty Mutual’s representative had a last minute family emergency and 6 was unable to attend the scheduled April 21, 2015 mediation. Plaintiff did not want to go 7 forward with the mediation without a company representative present. The next available 8 date for all parties and representatives is May 26, 2015. 9 10 Therefore, the mediation with Howard Herman is continued to May 26, 2015. IT IS SO ORDERED.
