Upon review of the parties’ Updated Joint Case Management Conference Statement the

Court continues the May 14, 2015 case management conference to July 30, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. If

15

the parties subsequently agree that the July 8, 2015 mediation should be continued, they shall

16

submit a stipulation that includes a new deadline for completion of mediation, along with any

17

proposed modifications to the case management schedule including a new date for the continued

18

case management conference.
