IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys,

subject to the approval of the Court, that Plaintiff shall have a 28-day extension in which to file
23
his Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff’s motion is due on January 30, 2015, pursuant to
24
Civil L.R.16-5. Plaintiff’s motion is now due on February 28, 2015.

This is Plaintiff’s first request for an extension of time in this matter. Plaintiff seeks
26
additional time because Plaintiff’s counsel’s workload recently increased due to the departure of
27
a staff attorney in the office.
