Plaintiff DAN WISKIND (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
(“Chase”) (collectively, the “Parties”), by and through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate as
follows:
1. WHEREAS, trial in this matter is currently scheduled to begin on April 25, 2016;
2. WHEREAS, on February 16, 2016, the Parties filed an Updated Joint Case Management
Statement (ECF #72) in which the Parties explained that they have very nearly resolved this dispute
and requested a five-month continuance of the dates and deadlines set forth in the Court’s August 4,
2015 Case Management Scheduling Order;
3. WHEREAS, on February 23, 2016, the Court issued an Order Denying Request for
Continuance (ECF #73) in which the Court declined to grant a five-month continuance but invited the
Parties to request a continuance of the trial to June 1, 2016;
