(“Volterra”) and Defendants Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. and Fairchild

Semiconductor Corporation (jointly “Fairchild”) and Defendants Calum MacRae (“MacRae”), Luiz

Razera (“Razera”), Amit Jain (“Jain”), Thomas Truman (“Truman”), and Roberto Guerrero
