If the records are not sealed, there is a 26 substantial probability that Plaintiff’s overriding interests in medical privacy will be prejudiced. The 27 sealing is narrowly limited only to those documents containing medical records and physician opinion, 28 [Proposed] Order Sealing Documents Page 1 CASE NO. 4:14-cv-04749 KAW 1 and is the least restrictive means to achieve the overriding interest. Plaintiff identifies the documents to 2 be filed under seal as follows: 3 • Exhibit B to the Declaration Of Kevin G.
