1 2 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 3 NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 4 5 NOVITAZ, INC., Case No. 14-cv-05077-WHO Plaintiff, 6 v. 7 8 SHOPKICK, INC., SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL PROTECTIVE ORDER REGARDING SOURCE CODE Defendant. 9 10 United States District Court Northern District of California 11 This Second Supplemental Protective Order Regarding Source Code supplements the 12 Supplemental Protective Order Regarding Source Code filed by the parties at docket number 71 13 on October 20, 2014 to include the following provision: 14 h. Use or possession of any input/output device, electronic devices, recordable 15 media or recordable devices, including without limitation laptops, tablet devices, sound 16 recorders, computers, cellular telephones, peripheral equipment, cameras of any kind, CDs, 17 DVDs, or drives of any kind, is prohibited while accessing the computer containing the 18 Source Code. All persons entering the locked room containing the Source Code must 19 agree to submit to reasonable security measures to ensure that they are not carrying any 20 prohibited items before they will be given access to the locked room. The Producing Party 21 may visually monitor the activities of the Receiving Party’s representatives during any 22 source code review, but only to ensure that there is no unauthorized recording, copying, or 23 transmission of the source code. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 26 27 28 Dated: March 18, 2015 ______________________________________ WILLIAM H.
