Plaintiffs have filed an “unopposed motion to amend its fourth amended disclosure of
18
asserted claims and infringement contentions,” in order to include products that had not been
19
announced at the time of its prior amendment. Plaintiffs represent that the motion is
20
“unopposed” but have not filed a sworn statement from defendant. Instead, plaintiffs have
21
filed a print-out of e-mail correspondence with defendant’s counsel indicating that they would
22
not oppose the motion. Defendant shall please file any statement of non-opposition by
23
SEPTEMBER 18, otherwise the opposition is due by SEPTEMBER 25.
