Dear Susan,
I filed a motion to extend time and to reopen discovery yesterday due to a
motion (Dkt. 273)filed by the defendant. I
I know that Judge Westmore is very quick to act upon the Defendants’ motions
and I’m guessing the reason for expediency by the Court was at the request of
the Defendants.
If it’s at all possible, given the magistrate judge’s busy schedule, I am
requesting the court expedite the motion pending as Docket 274 before my
response is due on Defendants’ motion (Dkt. 273).
