(“UBER”), RAISER, LLC (“RAISER”), AND PLAINTIFF HEREBY STIPULATE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The deadline for Defendants Uber and Rasier to answer, move, or otherwise respond 4 to the Complaint in the above-entitled action serviced on Uber on December 16, 2014 and on Rasier 5 on December 9, 2014, shall be extended to February 6, 2015, the Court permitting. The parties are 6 requesting the extension of time to answer, move, or otherwise respond to afford the parties 7 additional time to meet and confer regarding a proposed consolidated and modified briefing 8 schedule, in light of Uber’s motion to compel arbitration in the related case of Gillette v. Uber 9 Technologies, Inc., Case No. 3:14-cv-05241, and Defendants’ anticipated motion to compel 10 arbitration in the captioned matter. On December 18, 2014, Uber and Rasier requested that the 11 deadline be extended until January 30, 2015, which the Court previously granted. The instant 12 extension is only for an additional week period, and therefore the requested modification would not 13 interfere with the Court's schedule of this case. The case management conference in this matter will 14 not take place until March 12, 2015. (Dkt. No. 17.) 15 IT IS SO STIPULATED. 16 17 Dated: January 30, 2015 18 19 /s/ Rod M. Fliegel Rod M.
