WHEREAS, Plaintiff Dale Lineweber filed a Complaint against Defendant in this Court

on December 5, 2014;

WHEREAS, the parties have settled this matter in its entirety;

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between Plaintiff and Defendant, by and through

their respective counsel, that pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41, this action should be dismissed with
prejudice. The parties further stipulate that they shall bear their own attorney’s fees and costs
except as provided in the parties’ settlement agreement.
