WAGON WHEEL LIQUOR AND DELI; FRANCIS SHWAYHAT & GRACE SHWAYHAT, as trustees for FRANCIS and GRACE SHWAYHAT TRUST dated September 18, 1990; and KANUBHAI CHUNILAL PATEL, an individual dba WAGON WHEEL LIQUOR AND DELI, Defendants. / 19 20 On March 27, 2015, defendants electronically filed a document titled “Answer to 21 Complaint for Injunctive Relief and Damages.” Defendants have violated the Civil Local 22 Rules of this District and the Court’s Standing Orders, however, by failing “to provide for 23 chambers a paper copy of each document that is electronically filed . . . marked ‘Chambers 24 Copy’.” See Civil L.R. 5-1(e)(7); see also Standing Orders For Civil Cases Assigned to The 25 Honorable Maxine M. Chesney ¶ 2. 26 Defendants are hereby ORDERED to comply with Civil Local Rule 5-1(e)(7) and the 27 Court’s Standing Orders by immediately submitting a chambers copy of the above- 28 referenced document.
