Defendant GOLDEN GATE SCENIC STEAMSHIP CORPORATION dba the RED &

WHITE FLEET ("Defendant") hereby STIPULATE that this Honorable Court be

requested to continue the Case Management Conference for Reassigned Civil Case

currently set for November 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. for one week until November 17,

2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 15, 18th Floor, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San

Francisco, California, to accommodate plaintiff’s counsel both of whom will be out of

state on prepaid trips on the current date set for said conference.
