Pursuant to Local Rule 6-2(a), Plaintiff and Defendants hereby stipulate and request the
Court to enter an order setting the following briefing schedule on the Defendants’ Motion to
Transfer Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (Doc. 20):

Plaintiff’s response to Defendants’ motion shall be filed on or
before March 19, 2015; and
Defendants’ reply shall be filed on or before March 26, 2015.

On February 26, 2015, the Defendants filed a Motion to Transfer Pursuant to 28

U.S.C. § 1404(a). [Doc. 20]

The hearing date for said motion is set for April 9, 2015.

This extension is requested in order to provide an additional seven (7) days for the

Plaintiff to provide the Court with Plaintiff’s response.
