Plaintiff, a state prisoner, filed a pro se civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.

Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment on November 21, 2015. Plaintiff filed a motion

15

for an extension and then the following day an opposition to summary judgment. To the extent

16

plaintiff sought an extension for the opposition, it is deemed timely filed. To the extent plaintiff

17

seeks an extension to file a further opposition because he did not have adequate law library access,

18

he may submit another filing within fourteen (14) days from service of this order. Defendants

19

may file an additional reply if they so choose.
