Plaintiff filed the present suit 3 on January 12, 2015. Accordingly, Plaintiff’s last day to serve all parties in the present action is 4 May 12, 2015. The Court, however, has set the initial case management conference for April 5 14th, 2015. The deadline to file a joint case management statement is April 7, 2015. Currently, 6 Plaintiff has not yet served any defendant in the present action. In the interest of judicial 7 8 9 10 economy and promoting a productive case management conference Plaintiff requests The Court continue the initial case management conference until after Plaintiff’s last day to serve all parties.
