Plaintiff brings the present motion to continue the case management conference to a date

after the deadline to serve all the defendants in the present matter. Plaintiff filed the present suit
3
on January 12, 2015. Accordingly, Plaintiff’s last day to serve all parties in the present action is
4
May 12, 2015. The Court, however, has set the initial case management conference for April
5
14th, 2015. The deadline to file a joint case management statement is April 7, 2015. Currently,

Plaintiff has not yet served any defendant in the present action. In the interest of judicial

economy and promoting a productive case management conference Plaintiff requests The Court
continue the initial case management conference until after Plaintiff’s last day to serve all
parties. Accordingly Plaintiff requests The Court continue the case management conference in
the present action until after Plaintiff’s last day to serve Defendants.
