ORDER For the reasons stated, defendants' motion to sever is hereby GRANTED. The Clerk is hereby DIRECTED to open a new case, to waive the filing fee for each new case, and to file in each such case a copy of the Fourth Amended Complaint , along with a copy of the instant order.
