“Parties”), through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate as follows:

WHEREAS, Plaintiff ESURANCE INSURANCE COMPANY (“Plaintiff”) filed its

Complaint on February 25, 2015 and served it on Defendant WILLIAM GALLAGHER

7

ASSOCIATES INSURANCE BROKERS, INC. (“William Gallagher”) on or about

8

March 12, 2015;

WHEREAS, on April 9, 2015, the Court issued an order setting case management deadlines
as follows:

1. May 8, 2015: Deadline for the Parties to meet and confer pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P.

2. May 8, 2015: Deadline for the Parties to file an ADR Certification signed by Parties and

WHEREAS, good cause exists for this Stipulation and proposed Order to continue the
current case management conference.

WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES:

THE COURT, having considered the Stipulation of the Parties and good cause appearing,
