(“J&J”) by their respective attorneys as follows: 1. The parties previously stipulated to extend J&J’s deadline to answer or otherwise respond to Costco’s complaint to April 17, 2015; 2. On April 17, 2015, J&J filed a motion to dismiss Costco’s complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6); 8 3. J&J noticed the motion for hearing before this Court on July 2, 2015; 9 4. The parties now agree to extend Costco’s deadline to oppose J&J’s motion to May 10 29, 2015; 11 5. 12 13 The parties further agree that J&J’s reply brief in support of its motion is due on or before June 12, 2015; 6. Beyond previously stipulating to extend J&J’s time to respond to the complaint, 14 the parties have not otherwise requested extensions of any deadlines from this Court.
