DISMISSAL PURSUANT TO SETTLEMENT (Rule 41 (a) (ii)), and having reviewed the

AND GOOD CAUSE APPEARING,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The motion is GRANTED, and the action is dismissed pursuant to Rule 41 (a) (ii),

subject to the Court’s continued jurisdiction to enforce a settlement agreement

between the parties.
