(“Phoenix”) and VMware, Inc. (“VMware”) file this joint 4 stipulation regarding a simultaneous briefing schedule in advance of the April 17, 2017 charging 5 conference: WHEREAS, the Court has set a charging conference to address the issues set forth in Dkt. 6 7 268 for April 17, 2017 (Dkt. 269); WHEREAS, the Court has ordered the parties to submit a simultaneous briefing schedule 8 9 in advance of the charging conference (Dkt. 266 at 52:12-15); WHEREAS, the Court has ordered that the briefs be no longer than ten pages (Dkt. 266 at 10 11 52:24); WHEREAS, the Parties propose that the filing deadline for the briefs be set for two weeks 12 13 prior to the charging conference, on April 3, 2017.
