For Defendants’ opposition and cross-motion for summary judgment, Defendants may

file a consolidated brief not to exceed fifty (50) pages. For Plaintiffs’ opposition and reply,

Plaintiffs may file a consolidated brief not to exceed forty (40) pages.

If Plaintiffs file a motion to challenge the completeness of the Administrative Record on
11
or before January 20, 2016, the above briefing schedule for cross-motions for summary judgment
12
will be suspended, and the parties shall submit a new briefing schedule for cross-motions for
13
summary judgment within seven days of the Court’s ruling on Plaintiffs’ motion challenging the
14
completeness of the Administrative Record.
