Plaintiffs filed their opposition, and defendants 21 responded (Dkt. Nos. 21, 25). Plaintiffs stated: “Weary of living in a hotel room while the 22 lengthy process of preparing to rebuild the Garreston Property home got underway and ran its 23 course, the Petrovics in approximately November, 2012, decided to move closer to their daughter 24 and grandchild in the San Francisco Bay Area” (Compl. ¶ 25). 25 By TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2015 AT NOON, plaintiffs shall please provide sworn 26 declarations detailing any and all plans for the repair of the house and for plaintiffs to resume 27 living there, including details regarding any contracts, requests for bids, and estimates. 28 1 Please also describe what renovations and repairs have been made and still need to be done. 2 Be specific. 3 4 IT IS SO ORDERED. 5 6 7 Dated: July 31, 2015.
