On April 21, 2015, Defendant Tom Hallett removed this unlawful detainer action from San

14

Mateo County Superior Court. However, as it appears that jurisdiction is lacking and the case

15

should be remanded to state court, the Court ordered Defendant to show cause by May 5, 2015,

16

why this case should not be remanded. Dkt. No. 4. In his response, Defendant states that he

17

“respectfully agree[s] to the remand.” Dkt. No. 9. Accordingly, the Court REMANDS this case

18

to San Mateo County Superior Court.
