On May 26, 2015, this Court issued an Order dismissing Plaintiff’s complaint without
14
prejudice, and allowing Plaintiff until June 25, 2015 to file an amended complaint. Plaintiff did
15
not timely file an amended complaint, and has not taken any other action in this case since that
16
time. Plaintiff’s complaint is hereby dismissed with prejudice and the Clerk is Ordered to close
17
the file.
