On August 18, 2015, the SSA filed a motion to dismiss (Docket No. 10). On September

23, 2015, this Court directed McFarland to respond to the motion to dismiss by October 6, 2015

(Docket No. 11). In view of McFarland’s lack of response to this Court’s Order, her appeal is

15

dismissed for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
