In light of the joint stipulation signed by the parties, a review of the proposed Third
24 Amended Complaint attached to the stipulation, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY
25 ORDERED THAT:

Plaintiff may file the Third Amended Complaint in the form that is attached to the joint
27 stipulation on or before April 28, 2017. Upon the filing and service of this TAC, Wells Fargo

1 shall have fourteen (14) days to file a responsive pleading.
The dates and deadlines in the current Case Management Order (Doc. 63) are hereby

3 VACATED, except for the further Case Management Conference that is set for September 7,
4 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The parties shall file a Joint Case Management Report at least one week prior
5 to this CMC. A new trial date and scheduling order will be issued at this Case Management
6 Conference.
In the interest of maintaining the status quo and pursuant to the stipulation of the parties,

8 it is also ordered that the non-judicial foreclosure with respect to the subject property (24 Sweet
9 Road, Lafayette, CA 94549) shall be stayed for the pendency of this action.
