ORDER RE MOTION TO DISMISS 12 13 NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Defendant. 14 15 16 In lieu of filing opposition to the motion to dismiss, plaintiff has filed a first amended 17 complaint. Without opining whether the amendments cure any or all of the purported defects 18 identified by defendant, the motion is moot because ruling on the adequacy of the original 19 complaint would serve no purpose at this juncture. The hearing set for September 24, 2015 is 20 vacated. 21 IT IS SO ORDERED. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Dated: September 2, 2015 ______________________________________ RICHARD SEEBORG United States District Judge
