Pursuant to the stipulation of plaintiff Will Davis and defendant Nationstar Mortgage LLC

2 and good cause appearing, it is hereby ordered pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) that this
3 action shall be dismissed in its entirety and with prejudice with respect to the claims alleged by
4 Davis individually against Nationstar, and without prejudice as to any claims alleged by the
5 putative, uncertified class against Nationstar. It is further ordered that each party shall bear his or
6 its own costs and attorney’s fees.
