show cause, in writing and no later than November 25, 2015, why the above-titled action

should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff has failed to file any response to
21
the order to show cause.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the Court’s order of November 9, 2015, the
23
above-titled action is hereby DISMISSED, pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of
24
Civil Procedure, for failure to prosecute.
