No. 16 Defendants. Plaintiff has filed a motion for preliminary injunction. Dkt. No. 16. It seeks an order 13 either (a) enjoining defendants and “all other persons in active concert or participation with 14 defendants” from proceeding with two arbitrations scheduled for September 21, 2015 and October 15 8, 2015; or (b) staying the two arbitrations pending the final resolution of this action. Id. at 1.
