COME NOW the parties, and by and through their respective counsel hereby stipulate that:

1. Plaintiff requested and Defendants agreed to allow Plaintiff additional time to file his

opposition to Defendant’s Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings after the
25
deadline for such had passed. The parties have agreed to the time for Plaintiff to file an
26
Opposition may be extended to January 21, 2016;

2. The deadline for Defendants to file a Reply to Plaintiff’s Opposition to Defendant’s Motion
to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings shall be February 4, 2016; and

3. If convenient to the Court, the hearing on Defendant’s Motion to Compel Arbitration and

Stay Proceedings shall be rescheduled to February 25, 2016, to allow the Court sufficient
5
time to review the papers.

The parties respectfully submit that there is good cause for the requested extensions of
