Experian”) (jointly hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”), hereby stipulate to
dismiss Defendant Experian only from the above-entitled action, with prejudice.
The Parties agree that this Court can proceed to dismiss Defendant Experian,
with prejudice, from this action and this Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the
settlement of this action.
