Plaintiff also expects to move for a preliminary injunction. The parties 20 have filed a stipulation seeking to simplify the schedule for briefing and hearing the arguments 21 on all five of these motions. Good cause shown, the parties’ proposed schedule is APPROVED, 22 as follows: 23 November 9, 2015 Twitter’s deadline to respond to the first amended complaint and to file its anticipated motion to stay, as well as plaintiff’s deadline to file his motion for preliminary injunction.
