No. 26 14 15 Petitioner Nwaonumah’s request for a stay so that he can exhaust his claims in state 16 court (Docket No. 26) is GRANTED under Rhines v. Webber, 544 U.S. 269 (2005). The 17 action is STAYED. Nothing further will take place in this action until the Court decides 18 further action is appropriate, or until Nwaonumah exhausts all his claims and, within thirty 19 days of doing so, moves both to reopen this action and to lift the stay. 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 The Clerk shall terminate Docket No. 26 and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE the file pending the stay of this action.
