WHEREAS, Defendant MATSON NAVIGATION COMPANY (“Defendant”) and Plaintiff

ALEXANDER MAHIMER (“Plaintiff”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) previously

stipulated to, and the Court ordered, the following discovery deadlines:

WHEREAS, the Court confirmed in its June 14, 016 Civil Minute Order that the parties may

agree to extend fact discovery deadlines by stipulation.

WHEREAS, the Parties have diligently engaged in discovery since the initiation of this matter

but are still in the process of finalizing those efforts as Plaintiff has returned to sea, other crew

7

members spend prolonged periods of time at sea and the Vessel does not frequently call on ports in the

8

United States.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND REQUESTED by the Parties that
the following discovery deadlines be extended as follows:
