Avenue, San Francisco, California, and then and there to show cause why this action should not be
dismissed for Plaintiff’s failure to appear at the case management conference on August 19, 2016,
for failure to prosecute, and for failure to comply with the Court's Order of July 12, 2016. A case
management conference is also scheduled for November 18, 2016, at 2:00 p.m.
